Emergency Medicine Physician Job near Atlanta, GA Lucrative PARTNERSHIP with established truly DEMOCRATIC GROUP near Atlanta! This group has seen virtually zero turnover in their decades long history, are fully democratic, pride themselves on providing top quality patient care in a large, multiple award winning state-of-the-art setting and are only adding a member now due to growth. Constant overlapping physician coverage and excellent specialty back-up keeps the department running smoothly and the physicians enjoy a moderate pace of practice under two patients per hour. Shifts are mostly 9 hours with the vast majority of overnights already covered by dedicated night doctors. Provider satisfaction is extremely high here. The group has deep ties to the hospital, a very collegial relationship with the specialists, receive a rare degree of support from the administration and are very stable. They have a truly special dynamic, are extremely close-knit and truly are a family. They also happen to be one of the most lucrative practices in the region with long-term income approaching $600,000 with full benefits and additional perks in addition to this without overworking and average just 14-15, 9 hour shifts per month. They have no large bureaucratic layer so greater than 95% of their revenue goes back to the providers/partners.
