Job Setting: 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital, 5 ED beds, 19k annual volume, Ochsner EPIC, Special Services: CT scan, ICU, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound
Credentialing: Must have actual state license board certification in hand, and LA DEA and CS in hand
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC in EM/FM/IM
Certifications: FM/IM requires ACLS, ATLS & PALS
Licensure: Active LA License
