JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Emergency Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Sellersburg, IN Service Setting: Emergency Department Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Dec 14, 2026 Mar 15, 2027 Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Volume/Census: 40 patients per 24 hours FACILITY INFORMATION No. of Beds in Department: 12 exam rooms, including 2 trauma bays and an isolation exam room EMR System: Epic Reason for Coverage: New Site Opening JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Indiana Medical License Board: Board Certified ABEM or AOBEM DEA: Indiana DEA and CSR Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Medicine DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide 24-hour physician coverage in the Emergency Department Manage patient care including trauma cases in a 12-bed ED with 2 trauma bays
