Permanent Opportunity: Emergency Medicine Physician Near Kokomo, IN We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Emergency Medicine (EM) physician to join our dynamic emergency department team near Kokomo, IN. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a community-focused hospital. As part of our collaborative team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to provide essential medical services, ensuring the health and safety of the community.
Our emergency department serves approximately 10,700 patients annually and maintains a moderate acuity level with an admission rate of 10%. The team operates with 24-hour physician coverage and is seeking a physician who is passionate about emergency care, ready to make a difference, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
Position Overview: Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Annual Volume: 10,700 patients
Acuity Level: Moderate
Admission Rate: 10%
Physician Coverage: 24 hours per day
Requirements: Board Certification/Eligibility: In Emergency Medicine (EM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Family Medicine (FM) with emergency department experience
Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Deliver emergency medical care with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the ED team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and smooth operational flow.
