Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Jackson, Ohio. This is a great chance to provide essential emergency care in a community hospital with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.Position: Locum MD/DO Emergency MedicineLocation: Jackson, OhioKey Responsibilities:Deliver emergency medical care to patients of all ages with a variety of acute conditions.Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, suturing, splinting, and advanced cardiac and trauma life support.Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and hospital personnel to provide coordinated, high-quality care.Participate in scheduled shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation per hospital standards.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (MD/DO).Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain.Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.Previous experience in emergency departments or rural/community hospital settings preferred.Assignment Details:Flexible scheduling; 12-hour shifts available.Competitive daily rate with potential additional pay for nights/weekends.Travel and lodging expenses fully covered.Malpractice insurance provided.Credentialing assistance included.Serve a welcoming Ohio community while enjoying the flexibility of locum work.
