Job description
Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Will take ABEM or ABIM/ABFM
Coverage Needs : Need ASAP - Ongoing
Must be able to cover 3+ shifts per month
Must be open to days and nights
Have 10-12 shifts per month to cover
Shifts: 6a - 6p or 6p-6a
Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Level 4trauma center
Census: 6 ED beds, 2 fast track, 4 ICU beds
6.8k annual ED volume
Support Staff: 24 hours of physician coverage daily
NPA Shift Times: 9a-9p M-W, 10a-8p Th-F, 12p-8p Sat & Sun
Procedures: All Standard ER procedures
EMR: Cerner
Board Certification: Board Certified Required
Travel: Hospital will cover
Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAPstart
Requirements:
Active LAstate license
Active DEA in LAor willing to transfer
ATLS, ACLS, PALS
Worksite address
