"Emergency Medicine PhysicianAssignment Details Location: Caribou, Maine Start Date: August 24, 2026 Duration: Initial 13-week assignment Practice Setting: Emergency DepartmentCompensation:$270/hrSchedule Day and night shifts available Day Shift: 6:30 AM6:30 PM Night Shift: 5:30 PM6:30 AMCoverage Dates August 2428 (Nights) September 4 (Day) September 1213 (Days) September 15 (Night) October 1416 (Days)Clinical Details Level II Trauma Center 65-bed hospital Emergency Department with 1 trauma room and 11 exam rooms Annual ED Volume: Approximately 16,000 visits Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgical, and other critical patients are transferred to a tertiary care center EMR: CPSIRequirements ABEM Board Certified Active Maine medical license or willingness to obtain one BLS and ACLS certifications DEA required Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferredCredentialing Orientation includes training completed both prior to arrival and onsite"
