Job description
Regional hospital is recruiting for a BC General Surgeon to join an existing practice. Enjoy the security of hospital employment with excellent benefits. Employment contract is a five-year agreement with base salary and work RVU s incentive paid quarterly. • Five weeks of paid vacation, one week CME. • Commitment Payment of $120,000 • Moving Allowance $10,000. • CME Expense Package $3,000 • Paid ED Call • Benefit Package includes: o Health, Life, Dental, Fully Paid Long-Term & Short-Term Disability, 403(b) retirement program with employer paid match • Paid Malpractice Insurance • Cell Phone/PDA Allowance • Up-To-Date Website Access • Paid Indiana Medical, DEA & CSR licenses and up to two (2) medical organization memberships. • Physician Practice EMR Financially sound hospital with a strong balance sheet and a very positive culture
