Exciting Locum Tenens Opportunity for Emergency Medicine Physician in Lake Pleasant, MA Seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine or EM-experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician! Are you a dedicated Emergency Medicine or EM-experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician seeking a locum tenens opportunity with schedule flexibility? Job Overview: Profession: Emergency Medicine or EM-experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician
Coverage Dates: February to July
Schedule: Variable shifts
Most shifts are 8 and 9 hours, requiring approximately 32 hours of coverage per week
No Call - EM physicians do not take call
Trauma team needs to respond in 15 minutes
Facility Details: Trauma Level: 3
Total Number of Beds: 38
Annual ER Volume: 44,000
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
Submission Requirements: License: Active MA license - Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS - Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM, AOBEM) - Required
COVID Vaccination - Required
Certification Requirements: Board Certified
Board Eligible
State License Requirements: Massachusetts
Job ID: J- Ideal Candidate: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Board Eligible with relevant experience
Active MA license
Proficient in BLS, ACLS, and ATLS
Strong commitment to patient care and safety
