Fantastic new upcoming NOCTURNIST opening with a longstanding, private, physician run group located along one of the most scenic stretches of the coveted Gulf Coast! This is a diverse & experienced emergency medicine team who are deeply ingrained in the hospital and community. They have enjoyed stability & financial prosperity for decades and rarely have openings but are now looking for an additional physician to join the team due to an upcoming retirement. Practicing in an award winning, full service hospital, this is a close-knit group boasting great physician double coverage for the volume as well as a very collegial relationship with the specialists. They also enjoy a strong bond with hospital leadership and only renew their contract once every several years which is quite rare. Compensation is outstanding with incentives putting income potential well over $300.00 per hr. in the first year which is very unique for a beachfront location where the average compensation tends to drop. This overnights role has block scheduling allowing for maximum time off and scheduling is flexible. Situated near universities, international airports and in one of the best malpractice climates in the nation, this is a relaxed community with a stellar arts scene, many galleries, shops, fantastic restaurants and a tree lined historic downtown hosting a number of popular festivals & events each year.
