Locum Tenens Opportunity: Emergency Medicine Physician Near Moscow, KSWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position near Moscow, KS. The position offers a flexible schedule and the potential for a long-term contract.Position Details: Profession: Physician Specialty: Emergency Medicine Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only (No Call) Shift Description: Day Shifts Shift Hours: Standard 12-hour shifts, either 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Block Schedules: Not applicable EMR/Charting System: EpicKey Responsibilities: Work Details: Facility Type: Hospital Acute Care Support Staff: No scribe coverage or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) supervision required. Procedures: Requires strong procedural skills and experience in emergency medicine. Schedule: Contract Length: 6-12 months Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 daysQualifications and Requirements: Board Certifications: Required: ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine), AOBEM (American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine), ABFM (American Board of Family Medicine), ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) with procedural skills and emergency medicine experience. Not Accepted: ABPS (American Board of Physician Specialties). Licensing: State License(s): Willing to assist in obtaining licensure in the state of Kansas if necessary. Certifications: Required: Training in Emergency Medicine (EM), Internal Medicine (IM), and Family Medicine (FM). Not Required: ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support).
