Work Dates Needed: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am Preferred Schedule: Night and Days Scope of Work : Annual Volume- 25,000 APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p & 5p-5a Number of beds- 21 beds Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors) Transfer %- 9.9 Admission Rate %- 10.6 EMR: Epic
