Pediatric Emergency Medicine Colorado Springs, CO Join a genuinely collaborative team backed by one of the largest academic pediatric EM programs in the country! Position Highlights : Build your own schedule - the team accommodates nearly all physician requests Only about 3 night shifts per month 40+ pediatric specialties available locally, with additional subspecialty resources across the Childrens Colorado system Join 35 PEM physicians, pediatricians and APPs locally, backed by a 150+ faculty Pediatric Emergency Medicine section Compensation & Benefits : Competitive, experience-based compensation with meaningful performance incentive upside on top of base Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to support your move Malpractice fully covered by the employer, at no cost to the physician Retirement package with immediate vesting and an employer contribution well above market norm Generous CME allowance, robust PTO, and full medical/dental/vision coverage PSLF-eligible employer for student loan forgiveness Qualifications : Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, or dual-boarded in Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine.
