Emergency Medicine PhysicianLocation: Carlisle, PAJob Type: Locum TenensOverview:A hospital-based opportunity is available for an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage in a community hospital setting. This role involves managing a broad range of emergency cases across all age groups in a collaborative environment.$300/hrAssignment Details:Start: July 2026Ongoing, full-time coverage neededSchedule:24-hour in-house shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)PRN scheduling availableNo call requiredPractice Details:Setting: Hospital-based Emergency DepartmentEMR: EpicCommunity hospital environmentSupport from physicians, APPs, nurses, and techniciansAccess to CT and imaging servicesPatient Volume:Approximately 2530 patients per dayPatient Population:All agesResponsibilities:Evaluate and treat emergency department patientsManage a wide variety of acute conditionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teamsProvide timely and effective emergency careRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine RequiredActive Pennsylvania License or IMLC RequiredDEA RequiredMinimum 1 year of experience RequiredABEM certification PreferredCredentialing:Estimated timeframe: 90 days (temporary privileges available with clean file)About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
