Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity \ N
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an outpatient clinic team at a mission-driven rural community hospital\ N
- Full-time or Part-time options\ N
- Comprehensive endocrine care focusing on chronic disease management and patient education\ N
Key Responsibilities \ N
- Evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis\ N
- Comprehensive consultations and follow-ups in an outpatient setting\ N
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure continuity of care\ N
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and imaging studies relevant to endocrine diseases\ N
- Initiate and manageinsulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring systems, and other endocrine-related devices and therapies\ N
- Participate in callcoverage for outpatient endocrinology as needed (minimal or no inpatient call)\ N
Qualifications \ N
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school\ N
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship\ N
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism\ N
- Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) to practice in New York\ N
- DEA certification and ability to obtain hospital privileges\ N
Preferred Experience \ N
- Familiarity with managing complex endocrine conditions in outpatient settings\ N

- Salary range: $206,000 " $340,000 based on experience, with guaranteed base plus incentive package\ N
