Job description
Endocrinology position in Southern Missouri to take over a practice of a departing physician that is very busy and very successful. Step into this ready made practice and be busy quickly and exceed productivity benchmarks in year one. Current practice has 2 APPs and 1 physician and averages more than 375 visits per month retaining more than 90% of all referrals in house. The clinic system includes 14 primary care clinics seeing more than 360,000 patients annually producing lots of referrals.$375,000 first year salary with up to $100,000 sign on bonus. 18 month salary guarantee with RVU bonus. Current physician produces more than 11k RVU's annually Current physician are returning to Montana where they have family preferences. 4 day work week (M-TH). Current provider sees more than 24 patients per day with 94.6% top box net promoter score Outpatient only - no call, no night, no weekends. Teaching available working with residents / fellows. Current average earnings of departing physician exceeds $600,000. Full benefits with loan forgiveness, paid malpractice and relocation assistance. 22 days of PTO plus 6 holidays. 403b with company 4% match. 457b with protected plan up to IRS allowable of $24,500 APP Collaboration Stipend - $12,000 for 1st one $6,000 for each add'l Physician Satisfaction is top 10% in the country, Physician Turnover less than 3%, independely owned and operated Community - 10,000 people, located 25 minutes to Springfield, MO, 3rd largest city in MO and only 30 minutes to Springfield National Airport.
