Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
Established endocrinology team with 2 physicians, 1 part-time physician, and 1 APP
Standard 4.5-day clinic schedule with 4 protected administrative hours weekly
Manageable patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
Light consultative call: 1:3 month-long rotation, averaging 1-3 consults per week
Dedicated endocrinology-trained nurses, LPNs/MAs, and front office support
Strong referral network from the area's largest primary care group plus outside referrals
Competitive compensation targeting MGMA median (approximately $320K base) with productivity incentives
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement with 4% employer match (6% contribution), and malpractice coverage
PSLF-eligible employer
5 weeks PTO, plus 5 CME days and $3,000 annual CME allowance
