Seeking BE/BC Endocrinologist to join clinic in Walla Walla, WA. Full scope endocrinology and diabetes care Support from onsite Certified Diabetes Educator, diagnostics, imaging, and lab Collaborative team including a board-certified endocrinologist and two advanced practitioners Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) to support work-life balance Physician autonomy and administrative support Outpatient only - no hospital call Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus productivity bonus Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match Malpractice coverage Generous PTO and paid holidays Partnership opportunities available The salary range for this role starts at $275,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The Community: The city sits in the southeast corner of Washington state, not far from the confluence of the Columbia and Snake rivers. It has a population of just over 31,000 and is the regional hub for 100,000 people in southeastern Washington and northeastern Oregon. The area is home to outstanding public and private schools from primary through graduate level.
