Job description
ENT Residency Program Director in North Carolina JOB ID# 47599
Job details:
BC Otolaryngology
Provide administrative leadership and direction for the program
Supervise and precept residents in clinical settings
Direct patient care
Provide supervision and oversight for Residency support staff
Recruit residents
Develop, maintain and revise curriculum
Provide development and improvement plans for Residents including coaching, remediation and disciplinary actions as needed
Oversee and teach didactics curriculum to residents
Ensure the Annual Program Evaluation with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education WebAds are updated
Requires a minimum of 1-3 years as an APD/Core Faculty experience tracing in an approved AoA or ACGME Otolaryngology Surgery Residency program
Experience with publications and grant writing skills preferred but not required
