Practice Details
Family Medicine, No OB (0.6 – 1.0 FTE) – Northern Pines Clinic, Aurora, MNOutpatient practice with optional inpatient services. Fun, rural, team environment with highly engaged staff. Clinic is attached to a 16‑bed critical access hospital with an ED, a 33‑bed nursing home and an ER. 24/7 tele‑hospitalist/APP model for inpatient care and a swing bed/transitional care unit.Current team: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice clinicians. On‑site lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy, cardiac rehab, X‑ray and CT scan. Clinic hours 8‑5,m‑f (flexible). EPIC electronic medical record. 4‑½ day work week. Calls: none.
Compensation
$323,400.5 annual salary. Hired candidates may qualify for additional bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.

Location: Aurora, MN (30 minutes east of Virginia, MN; 1 hour north of Duluth, MN)
Service area population of 8,000+ (Aurora, Biwabik, Hoyt Lakes)
