Facility:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a state-of-the-art, newly launched clinic space that operates as part of a large multispecialty group. The facility features a dynamic team of 19 physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), offering access to specialists and ancillary services in a collaborative, supportive environment with very low staff turnover.

Job Details:
Join a pioneering team in a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic facility

1.0 FTE equates to 32 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling options
Outpatient only position with a minimal 1:28 telephone call rotation (Community Call)
ZERO Call model implemented - all after-hours call is covered by a separate call team
Work within a multispecialty clinic with access to specialists and ancillary services
Collaborate with a team of 19 physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
Utilize the EPIC medical records system for efficient and effective patient care
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
