Job Details:

Join a team-oriented clinic offering a 0.6-1.0 FTE position in Family Medicine

OB experience is optional but welcomed

Anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM

1.0 FTE equivalent consists of 36 patient contact hours per week

ZERO Call model implemented - all after-hours calls are covered by a separate call team, supporting strong work-life balance

Experience with procedures such as IUD insertions and Nexplanon is a plus

Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI for efficient patient management

Service area covers Proctor and Duluth, MN with a population of 85,000+

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
