nJoin a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND , in 2027. Located just minutes from Fargo, this is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while benefiting from the support, resources, and specialty services of the established Fargo-Moorhead Essentia Health system.

nWe are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaboration, team-based care, and the opportunity to help shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes.

nn1.0 FTE equals 36 patient-contact hours per week

nnMonday-Friday schedule, with flexibility within established clinic parameter

nnAverage volume of approximately 18–20 patients per day

nn20/40 min templates

nnCollaborative physician and APP care model

nnDedicated nursing and clinical support staff

nnOpportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture

nnEpic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe
