As anFamily Medicine Physician at Healthcare South ,you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult health issues. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes in our community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician specializing in Internal Medicine / Family Medicine to provide outpatient care for adult patients in our Braintree, MA office.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases, and a passion for improving patient health outcomes. Because we are an independent group, we control our own schedules, administration, staff, and overhead.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide variety of diseases and conditions in adult patients.
Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work.
Educate patients on lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Provide timely follow-up and monitoring of patient progress.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active medical license in Massachusetts.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
