Family Medicine Physician – Rural Washington
Flexible Schedule | Loan Repayment | Community-Focused Care
Kittitas Valley Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed outpatient clinic in Ellensburg, WA. This is a great opportunity for physicians who value rural medicine, continuity of care, and work-life balance.
Outpatient family medicine, all ages
Flexible 3-, 4-, or 5-day work week
Competitive salary $295K–$335K+ with incentives
Up to $90K loan repayment + NHSC/PSLF eligibility
Relocation assistance, CME, and 10% employer retirement contribution
Paid malpractice with tail coverage

The Physician is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. The Physician is an integral part of the patient care team of providers, nurses and medical assistants.
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Eligible for Washington State medical license
DEA license and NPI
ACLS, PALS, and STABLE certifications (or ability to obtain)
Minimum Experience
Completion of residency.
Exposure to a clinic environment.
