Hurricane Valley Clinic - Intermountain Healthcare
The Heber Valley Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic that provides compassionate care for every family member. Our board-certified doctors offer a broad spectrum of care, specializing in family medicine, women's health services and internal medicine services.
Intermountain Healthcare is an integrated, not-for-profit health system with hospitals and clinics throughout Utah, as well as a hospital in Burley, Idaho. American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$7.25 - $999.99
