Job Details:
Build your career in an established outpatient primary care practice with locations in/near Sacramento offering an exceptional compensation and benefit packages, schedule flexibility, and long-term financial advantages.
We are seeking Family Medicine physicians for full-time outpatient perm roles. Practicing physicians and 2027 residents are encouraged to apply.

100% outpatient primary care
Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
Average of approximately 20-22 patients per day

Compensation $330,000 range
EPIC EMR
Excellent opportunity to establish a long-term practice in suburban or metro California
Candidate Profile Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Practicing physicians and residents encouraged to apply
Active, unrestricted California medical license required by start date
Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
Schedule & Patient Volume Full-time outpatient practice

Average patient volume of approximately 20-22 patients per day
