Physician – Family Medicine in Michigan

We're seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join a well established primary care team in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the chance to practice full scope family medicine in a historic waterfront community known for year round recreation and exceptional quality of life.

Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity within a long standing, supportive primary care team

Three clinic locations within two blocks of the hospital

Ability to grow special interest areas within your practice

Large community demand for services and strong team collaboration

Outpatient only positions available, with additional opportunities for physicians interested in pediatric, newborn, and c section support

EPIC EMR

Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Option to discuss a 4 day work week with extended hours

Backup phone call no more than 5 days per month

Highly competitive compensation plan
