WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our new location at FPN Southport Family Medicine located in Indianapolis, IN. Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with three physicians and two nurse practitioners who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays
Average outpatient volume: 18 to 20 patients per day
Call rotation: 1:18
Telehealth offered
Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits
Back pain
Endocrinology issues
Hypertension
Heart failure

Qualifications: Doctorate - Required
Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -
Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
