Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
Join Witham Health Services' growing Family Medicine team as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within a collaborative, community-focused health system.
This opportunity offers the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit practice setting while serving a growing community. About the Position
Outpatient family medicine practice
Located in Jamestown, Indiana
4 or 4.5 day work week, Monday through Friday
Shared call schedule averaging 1:12
Opportunity created through continued community growth and patient need
Established practice with 1 physician and 1 APP
Opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the community
Teaching opportunity available with Marian University
Practice Highlights
Full-time, hospital-employed position
Average 14 to 20 patients per day
Established small practice setting with a collaborative team environment
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Collegial medical staff and supportive administration

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license
Dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
Interest in building lasting relationships with patients and the community
