Pioneer Family Practice is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, six-physician private practice. Future partnership opportunity after a two-year ramp-up period
Location: Lacey, WA
Schedule: Flexible schedule, 32 patient facing hours for a 1.0 FTE
FTE: 0.75 – 1.0
Procedures Available: Colposcopy, vasectomy, circumcision, joint injections, LARC (IUD/Nexplanon), endometrial biopsy, addiction treatment, pain management, and POCUS (Butterfly US)
Salary: $230K/year (full-time) with a two-year salary guarantee; prorated for lower FTE commitments
Vacation: 5 weeks paid vacation annually, awarded at the beginning of each calendar year
Retirement: Safe Harbor 401K with 3% employer match
Health Benefits: No-cost Regence BCBS Gold 500 medical plan for employees; negotiable rates for dependents
Dental & Vision: Low-cost plans available through Delta Dental and VSP
