Family Medicine Physician - Manitowoc Clinic
Location: 3415 Custer St, Suite D, Manitowoc, WI 54220
Practice Lakeside Medicine in a Growing, Full-Service Clinic
Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding Manitowoc Clinic , located along the scenic shores of Lake Michigan. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a welcoming community while enjoying the support and resources of a large, integrated health system .
Our clinic offers a comprehensive, patient-centered care environment with a strong emphasis on team-based care and work-life balance , including a 4-day work week .
Position Highlights
Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
32 patient-facing hours
Typically a 4-day work week
Flexible scheduling options available
Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day

Outpatient-only Family Medicine

Additional specialty support available onsite
EMR: EPIC with remote access from home
