This well-established primary care network operates six Family Medicine facilities across the Fargo and Moorhead area, providing comprehensive healthcare services to a regional population of approximately 250,000. The organization supports a collaborative, team-based care model and offers access to numerous medical and surgical specialties within its extensive network of 30 clinics and 5 hospitals.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Family Medicine
Job Details:
Full-time position consisting of 36 patient contact hours per week
Average of 18-20 patient encounters per day
Rotating after-hours call schedule required
Serve as the leader of a collaborative Care Team including MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff
Provide acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare to the surrounding community
Utilize established care processes to improve overall patient health outcomes
Work in a culture centered on trust, respect, and teamwork with a patient and family-centered care approach
Multiple opportunities available for developing a practice across six facilities in the Fargo and Moorhead area
Access to numerous medical and surgical specialties locally within the health network
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine required
Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits.
