This is a modern, newly built primary care facility connected directly to the regional medical center, offering a collaborative and well-resourced environment for physicians. The care team includes a Pediatrician, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, an Internal Medicine Physician, a General Surgeon, and a Psychologist, all working together to deliver high-quality, patient and family-centered care.
Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine
Job Details:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity with 32-34 patient contact hours per week
Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
No outreach required; practice is based solely in Jamestown, ND
OB services required; C-section privileges preferred with training available if needed
Average of 16-20 outpatients per day
Average of 5-10 inpatients per day
Call coverage ratio of 1:13
One week of inpatient service at a time, rotated among all community physicians
Onsite services include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Pathology/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Tobacco Cessation
Outreach services available include ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, and Weight Loss (non-surgical)
Physician serves as leader of a Care Team, working collaboratively to achieve patient care objectives and continuity of care
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required

Employed salary with benefits.
