Daviess Community Hospital Physician Opportunity
Daviess Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing medical community in Washington, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values a collaborative practice environment, a manageable patient volume, and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients and families.
The Opportunity
$325,000 24-month income guarantee plus RVU-based compensation
Signing bonus
Residency stipend available
Relocation assistance
Full-time position with a 4-day clinical schedule
½ day of dedicated administrative time
No on-call responsibilities
5 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time
CME allowance
Typical volume of 15–25 patients per day
Supportive team environment, including Advanced Practice Providers. APP supervision opportunity, for those interested.
EMR transition to Epic planned for Fall 2026
