This outpatient clinic is a well-established, highly collaborative healthcare setting offering a broad range of services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery. The facility also features an on-site Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, providing a comprehensive, one-stop care environment for patients and a dynamic, well-supported workplace for providers.

Job Details:
Outpatient practice only - no inpatient or hospitalist coverage required
Join a highly engaged Primary Care team consisting of 2 MDs and 5 advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics
Great mentorship available for new and experienced providers
Terrific opportunity to work with local sports teams
Leadership and Medical Director opportunity available
Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery services also on site
Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center within the clinic
Work schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week
Clinic patients average 16-18 patients per day
Additional outreach opportunities available
BC/BE in Family Medicine required
