Family Medicine Physician - West De Pere Clinic
Location: 1800 Lawrence Dr, De Pere, WI 54115

Bellin Health is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our collaborative team at the West De Pere Clinic . Located just minutes from Green Bay, this clinic is situated in a thriving, family-friendly community known for its quality of life and strong schools.
This well-established and busy practice offers an excellent opportunity to work in a team-based, patient-centered environment with a strong focus on work-life balance .
Position Highlights
Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule:
40 hours/week
32 patient-facing hours
Typically a 4-day work week
Call 1:35
No weekends or holidays, except limited call coverage
OB opportunities available, not required
Practice Details
Outpatient-only Family Medicine
Established patient panel within a busy, growing clinic
Care for patients across all ages

Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine
Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure
Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements
