Primary Care Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Fernley, NV - NHSC Certified Site!

Banner Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only role in Fernley, Nevada, just 30 minutes from Reno and less than an hour to Lake Tahoe. This NHSC-certified site offers a competitive $290K salary, generous recruitment incentives, and the support of a well-established, physician-led team.
This is a 100% outpatient role (no OB) where youll join an established practice with strong support, clinical autonomy, and a focus on patient-centered care and provider well-being.

Banner Healths Compensation Package Includes:
- $290,000 base salary
- Recruitment incentives of $125,000+:
- $125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed
- $60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment
- $1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)
- Paid CME days and malpractice

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Nevada medical licensure
