Clinic Highlights:

Qualifications:
* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
* Must be team-oriented and patient-centered in approach to care
* Comfortable with healthcare technology

* Base salary plus value and productivity incentives
