Facility in Ketchikan, AK seeking Primary Care locums coverageOpportunity HighlightsStart Date: May 1, 2026 (Expedited credentialing available).Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.Work-Life Balance: No Call, No Rounding, and No Admissions.Patient Volume: 1618 patients per day (All ages).Support: Solo physician setting within a collaborative Northwest Network; full access to specialty support at the medical center.EMR: Epic.Clinical Setting & ScopeProcedures: None required, though skills in skin excisions, punch biopsies, Nexplanon/IUD placement, Cryotherapy, or toenail evulsions are highly desired.Demographics: Comprehensive care for pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.Provider RequirementsBoard Status: Board Certified in Family Practice (Required).Licensure: Active Alaska (AK) State License and DEA must be in hand at the time of submission to qualify for expedited credentialing.Experience: Must demonstrate recent clinical activity (admitting physician for at least 20 patients during the past 24 months).Certifications: Active BLS (AHA or American Red Cross).Charting: Proficiency in Epic is required.About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
