Family Medicine Physician Job Opportunity Alaska Position Highlights Full-time Family Medicine physician opportunity Outpatient-focused primary care practice with optional inpatient component Shared call coverage with supportive provider team Collaborative care model with experienced clinical staff Modern facilities within a well-established health system Competitive salary with sign-on and relocation incentives Schedule Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Average Patient Volume: patients per day 1:6 Shared Call Rotation Light call with strong hospitalist support Compensation Compensation commensurate with experience and productivity $25,000 Sign-On Bonus $25,000 Relocation Assistance Student Loan Repayment Program Time Off CME Allowance: $5,000 per calendar year CME Time Off: 5 paid days annually Paid Time Off: 25 days PTO (vacation) Sick leave with IAP plan to supplement 7 paid holidays Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for Alaska medical licensure Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages Strong communication and team-based care skills
