Family Medicine Physician opportunity in Mesa, AZThe Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, community-centered healthcare.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patientsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsConduct preventive care visits and routine wellness examsProvide inpatient care as part of an integrated care modelOrder, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imagingDevelop and manage treatment plans and medication regimensCoordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHRParticipate in team meetings and quality improvement initiativesSupport continuity of care and positive patient experiencesRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard certification in Family MedicineActive, unrestricted Arizona medical licenseEligible for hospital privilegesExperience in outpatient family medicine preferredJob more information, please email a copy of your CV to or call Vicky Rinehart at .
