Description: Join a physician-led Family Medicine practice in the Phoenix metro area serving a diverse, underserved population. This 100% outpatient opportunity offers full-scope care in community health centers affiliated with Valleywise Health, the regions only public teaching health system. Highlights include: 100% outpatient with minimal call Competitive compensation + sign-on bonus 4 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, plus 1 week CME with $4K stipend J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Teaching and leadership opportunities PSLF-eligible + Federal/State loan repayment (HPSA score 21) Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with access to a 450-bed Level I Trauma Center for referrals.
