Are you a dedicated Family Practice Physician seeking an exciting locum tenens opportunity? This outpatient community health center in Washington State is looking for a committed professional to join their team. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest while making a meaningful impact on underserved populations.Position Details Start Date: March 3, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed) Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for extension Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM 40 hours per week No on-call responsibilities Daily Census: Up to 21 patients per dayRole Highlights Work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Deliver basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care. Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, receptionists, dietitians, and mental health therapists.Requirements Board Certification: Family Practice (BC/BE required) License: Active Washington State medical license required Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience with direct patient care within the past year. Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is highly desirable. Proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus, but not required.Key Qualifications Passion for working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees. Ability to adapt quickly and provide patient care independently after a brief orientation. Clean malpractice history and background check.Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate Travel expenses covered, including airfare, rental car, or mileage, and lodging.Additional Information Full vaccination against COVID-19 and flu is required.
