Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician Fortuna, CA Join a leading healthcare facility in Fortuna, California, offering a flexible schedule and competitive pay. Quick Facts: Location: Fortuna, CA Start Date: 10/08/2026 End Date/Duration: 30-90 days (typically) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time temporary License/Certs: Active DEA, immunizations including flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap Experience: Preference for 5 years or less since residency, BE considered if truly BE Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: indicate pay package discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Provide primary care services to pediatric and adult patients in a busy clinic setting Manage chronic pain cases and perform routine health assessments Complete chart closures within 72 hours of patient visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Follow credentialing requirements including immunizations and background checks What You Need: Valid California medical license and DEA registration Active immunizations as specified (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) Minimum of 5 years post-residency experience preferred; BE considered if truly BE Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment: This opportunity is with a leading healthcare provider in Fortuna, CA, offering a dynamic environment focused on quality patient care.
