Quick Facts Location: Wilmington, CA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 5 days/week Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time Certifications: BE/BD in Family Medicine, California Medical License (active and unrestricted), BLS, ACLS, DEA Experience: Previous outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $140.00 $145.00/hour Benefits: Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance CME paid time off and stipend Malpractice coverage Federal and state loan repayment options (NHSC scholar site approval) Paid time off to support work-life balance What You ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population Manage 20-22 patient visits per day, emphasizing quality and efficiency Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in electronic health records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education efforts Support a positive, patient-centered care environment What You Need Valid and active California Medical License (unrestricted) BE/BD in Family Medicine (MD or DO) BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification Prior outpatient or clinic experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach About the Assignment This position is with a reputable, healthcare-focused facility in Wilmington, CA, known for delivering quality outpatient services.
