Primary Care or Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) Salary Range: $263,000 $300,000 annually + up to $28,000 in additional incentives Requirements to Apply Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required Current, unrestricted California medical license Active, unrestricted DEA license Board Certification required Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment Preferred Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese Experience in outpatient or community-based care Interest in integrated care models Primary Care Physician Job in San Jose, CA Outpatient Community Health Monday Friday or Part-time Schedule Up to $300K + Incentives Job Overview This Physician opportunity offers the chance to deliver high-quality outpatient care in a mission-driven, community-focused setting serving diverse populations across San Jose. You will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, performing physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals as needed. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support integrated, whole-person care with collaboration across behavioral health and wellness services. You will also maintain accurate EMR documentation, participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and health outcomes reporting, and support the development of mid-level providers, residents, and medical students.
