Specialty: Primary Care/Geriatrics Can take ABIM or ABFM Coverage Needs: Need ASAP- Ongoing 3 month minimum commitment requested Open to Locums to Perm Shifts: Monday - Friday Can be flexible on hours Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility 100% Senior Care Ages 65+ Medicare Advantage experience is preferred Census: 12-18 pts per day Support Staff: Full support staff Procedures: All bread and Butter primary care Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions Will move between facilities in Denver metro Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Facility will cover Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start Requirements: Active COstate license Active DEA in COor willing to transfer BLS
