JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Physician Job Type: Permanent Location: Jacksonville & St Petersburg, FL Service Setting: Outpatient HIV Primary Care Clinic Coverage Type: Clinical + Administrative + Shared Call Coverage Period: Permanent Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday (Days) On-Call Shift Schedule: Shared Call Call Type: Shared PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults, including LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS Patient Volume/Census: 1518 patients per day Case Mix: Outpatient HIV Primary Care FACILITY INFORMATION Service Setting: 100% Outpatient Support Staff Available: Practice Manager, Medical Assistants, and Registered Nurses Research Focus: HIV and LGBTQ Health COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: Competitive (varies by location) Retention Bonus: Up to $100,000 Quarterly Bonus: Up to $3,500 Productivity Bonus: Bi-weekly Sign-On Bonus: Available Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) or 457(b) Retirement Plan Malpract
