Located 30 minutes to Lakeland and a short drive to Kissimmee. Well established practice supporting a diverse multi-cultural patient population. Full spectrum panel, see patients of all ages, primarily adults / geriatrics. Primarily preventative and chronic care management.Outpatient clinic (Mon-Friday) 8a- 5p Collaborative team with dedicated support medical and advanced practice professional staff. Managed care and mixed payor practice. Average 20-22 patients per day.
